Bio

Kate Koch is the Founder and Creative Director of Asayss, a creative and media platform that shares stories about design, culture, travel and wellbeing to inspire, build connection and community with purpose, joy, authenticity and grace.

She is an entrepreneur and creative leader with a background in luxury design, brand development, and visual storytelling. Kate spent nearly a decade at Tiffany & Co. as an Art Director, where she led the design and production of luxury invitations, print collateral, and visual storytelling for global campaigns, product launches, and high-profile events.

In addition to her work at Tiffany & Co., she founded and operated a bespoke stationery and invitation design business, creating custom work for both personal and corporate clients.

Kate began her career in Washington, D.C. in communications and events, contributing to major initiatives including the launch of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and the First Ladies Gala at the United States Botanical Gardens. She later worked on Capitol Hill, gaining valuable experience in communications, policy and developing a deep understanding of the legislative process..

Kate has always had a commitment to giving back to the community. For many years, she has supported the Grenville Baker and Glen Cove Boys & Girls Clubs and served in leadership positions within the Locust Valley Central School District Parents’ Council.  She is also committed to historic preservation and conservation, supporting Old Westbury Gardens, Planting Fields Arboretum State Historic Park, and Bailey Arboretum.

Kate is a devoted mother of three boys and two dogs. She is a passionate practitioner of Ashtanga yoga and Pilates and believes in movement, breath, and nature as essential tools for clarity, resilience, and restoration.

Through her work, Kate brings a unique combination of creative leadership, strategic thinking, and community-centered values to the organizations and initiatives she supports.
